Quick question about JNGP

What is the most up to date version of JNGP?
What is the most up to date version of Jasshelper?

I followed these Intructions but I noticed that they are form 2010.

I've looked at a number of Jass tutorials which have download links but I have been unable to find an official site or anything like that.

When I open my map in NewGen WE it says
"This map has been opened in a more recent version of the editor.
It may contain data which are not supported in this version.
Continue loading map?"

Is my version up to date?

JNGP gives that error message always, no matter what.

You could post your version number, mine is 0.A.2.B
