quick array index question

do wc3 array indexes go from 0 to (n-1) or from 1 to n?

i believe they start at 0, so if you have an array size of 3 it will either go 0, 1, 2 or go 0, 1, 2, 3. i think the latter happened in a screenshot of a trigger i saw on this forum a while back.
