Can they be animated?
Is there a maximum limit to their file size?
What is their recommended file size and limits?
Can they be set up as non-loop that keeps the last picture?
Can the frame per second rate be adjusted to whatever the map maker desires for that segment?
For example first 10 seconds is 1 frame/5 seconds, second 10 seconds is 5 frames/10 seconds, etc...

Can the picture everyone sees when they download the map also be mdx?
What are the limitations on the mdx file format? Quality vs. byte quanity?
What is the file format needed before you export/compile to .mdx?

What is the best art file format for pre-mdx pictures?

How expensive can it get to be in terms of bytes for 3 or more different 1028x1200 pictures of 60 dpi, assuming the artwork is stupendous and uses millions of colors?
