I vertexed a model just so it'd fit what was needed but it crashes world editor. If someone could tell me the problem i'd be very grateful.

Probably you have deleted an entire geoset. In this case, open the model with Magos' Model Editor. Go to Windows -> Geoset Animation Manager. Double click to show every one of the Geoset Animations. Delete the one with Geoset ID: None and save the model.
