Question regarding abilities

Will the abilities be premade? I'm just wondering because most of us GUI users aren't good at Jass stuff and natives and especially not a modified version of it. So yeah...

No, but that doesn't mean people won't release spells that work with it.

If you don't use (v)JASS...well...you probably shouldn't be making RtC maps, really...
