Question about siphon mana

How can I make a spell based on Blood Mage's Siphon Mana to target allies as well ?

You have tried to turn it into Mana transfer ability for an unit ? when i tried it then did not function.

maybe someone knows a way to get it work.

You need to trigger it then. Make a triggered siphon mana for that.
