Question about rejected resources.

Is there a way to troll through the rejected resources and see if I can find anything useful?

I ask because I used a link to one of my old rejected resources, and I was able to still download it despite it's status. I was wondering if I could see what submissions never made it through if they're still on the hive.

They are still in hive but regular users will not be able to access those models.
