If I enable no limits in the new gen WE, and then go over the count for doodads, will it cause any issues with the game? I heard something about a loading bug. Please confirm. Rep for helpers.

It won't cause troubles. Only performance decrease if you put in thousands and thousands of them.

Even though there are no limits for doodad usage for when you use jass newgen you should still try to be conservative with doodad usage.
