Question about Lightning Charge

Hey, I was wondering about Sorceror's skill Lightning Charge, it says it doubles crit damage, does that mean the skill has +100% crit damage or just doubles the total crit damage(i.e if you have 200 crit damage it becomes 400 crit damage)?. I ask because I was comparing my 40% crit damage soul to my +15 sp soul and the crits seemed way higher with the sp soul, even though i expected the 40% crit damage to translate into +80% when using Lightning Charge.

it is set at 200% damage modifier when it crits, unless Zwieb can confirm otherwise

From my test, lightning charge has +100% crit damage.
