Question about dialogs

Well, what Amia (I really can't get used to your new name!) says is pretty much the only way to do this effectively :).
Though I couldn't find a map named "Augeaus" (nor "Augeus").

He's talking about the action
  • Cinematic - Enable user control for (All players)
I've attached a test-map so you can see (if need be).
Note: if, in a cinematic dialog, you choose "wait" for "no sound", then it will wait 5 seconds before anything else happens (keep that in mind when creating cinematics).

In single-player, opening a dialog causes the game to pause.
For all I know, this also causes cameras to get paused and they won't get resumed afterwards, so be sure to time the dialogs well so they don't collide with any camera movements.

You won't be able to move the camera with the mouse though (as you can only move the mouse when the dialog is shown).
In multi-player, you can use a camera dummy and lock the camera to that dummy. That way the camera won't be able to move either.
