Protect Channeling Spells From Being Cancelled By Order - Possible?

Good day,

I've bumped into a very peculiar bug that cancels channeling spells of all units belonging to Player 12 only.
Being unable to get rid of this bug, I would like to know if there's any kind of method that would avoid
channeling units from stopping. Is it possible that the map is damaged?

PS: Attached is the bugged map, type "5" without the quotes to view the bug; both units are similar in terms of unit-type and
blizzard ability, but Player 12's unit will stop casting blizzard after about 3 seconds channeling it.
