Properly using Chimaera Lightning Missile

If this is the same thing as the Chimaera's regular lightning attack, then how can I use it? I imported the models and everything right.

The Chimeras lighting attack is an ability, does your unit have that ability? (Lighting Attack)

I managed to insert it with the How to Customise Lightning tutorial.
Though another question popped into my mind. How I use lightning simultaneously?
Like with Chain Lightning, which are 2 lightning effects.
