Projectiles being scaled despite the unit's "Scale Projectiles" field being set to false

What the title says.
I normally set the field to false, and it doesn't scale the projectile.
Then usually after i save the map and reopen and test it in the editor or even play it through the game, the projectile is suddenly scaled, while the field remains being set to false.
What is that? why is that? any solutions?
