Programs for Hero Modeling and other custom skins/spells

Can any one list all the programs i need to get so i can make my own custom hero models,spells, and skins. Listing where i could get them would be a major help too!

War3 Model Editor
Warcraft Image Extractor
War3 Viewer
and some kind of photoshop program (Gimp is free but not on this site.)
