Problematic Bug

I'm working on a model made from scratch.
And I met some really Problematic Anoyying Bug.

It seems when spell, all things go malfunction
Check it out, try testing its spell by giving it a Cluster Rockets or some other abilities

See that, All Special Effects goes on, The Translations, Rotations, and the Dummy helpers are not moving, I need help please

You see the Screenshot right?

All things look good except for the Spell animation
When I make it to cast an ability with Spell animation
All SFX comes out even if I already putted the numbers for the Visibility
And some dummies and even bones don't move,
Is this from Sequence managers Minimum and Maximum Extents?
or I need to delete the Spell animations and make another one?
