Problem with voice transmission

When I try to make a sound come out of a persons mouth when I run the game, it doesn't work! I attach it right and everything, but all they do Is run their mouths, and show the diolouge at the bottom. Can someone please tell me why?

did you check the settings of your sound in the sound editor?

it must be not 3d if you use tranmission sound
uncheck the 3d tag from your sound from sound editor

Thanks, that might be it! Now that I think of it camera is far away from them at first so That's why you can't hear him! Just like in HL2. Thanks Need O2!
