[Resovled]Problem with the way color blend?

The model is only a piece i cut from a original war3 model
But somehow it looks wrong color after i imported it in the map
I figured out the model works wrong with the war3 lightning!

Does anyone know how to resolve my problem?
Please tell me in details because i have same problem with some other models...
The original and need-fix models are attached below.

Edit: Thanks Anvil again.
The wrong thing is the normals after i made a little change with mdlvis and it fixed now.

Err, Unify Normals is what you use to recalculate? If not then what ?
Sorry for asking too much, but i'm newbie >.<

Btw, what tool do you use to do UV mapping?
I lost the texture map when import to 3ds max....

If you use the .mdx importer, you don't lose the UV mapping, you only lose the material, forget the texture, you can add it later.

I do this: Add the modifer "Edit Normals", in the panel options turn on "Show Handles", select all the handle normals, and then Unify. (Check if "Selected By" is set to "Normal").

Another way is, convert the model mesh in "Editable Poly". Select the model and then, go to "Graphite Modeling Tools" To the right, in properties click in "Smooth", You should get the same effect. Export the model, and in magos, add the textures.

You can use the NeoDex exporter, is here on the hive.
