Prevent spell book closing

When another spell book with the same base order id as the spell book which open is added or removed from the unit, the spell book automatically closes itself. Is there any way to prevent this?

Replace yourunit with the unit you want to open a spellbook with and ability rawcode with the ability rawcode of your spellbook (ctrl+D to see them).
JASS:
call IssueImmediateOrderById(yourunit,'ability rawcode')

If that doesn't work, then it's quite likely not possible.

Maybe it doesn't work if it's not a unit ability?
Why not try making the hotkey something like X and use the trigger action Game - Force Player 1 (Red) to press the key X
Like Xonok said, if that doesn't work then it's almost certainly not possible.

Need another help now. Is there anyway to change the hotkey for the cancel key present in spellbook??
