Prefix Tags for Requests Forum

I think it would be a neat addition for the Request forum. I take it won't be hard to implement anyway?

I can imagine it being good for both requester and people looking to do requests. We could also change them to be for what kind of work you're looking to get.

"Design" is probably fine.

This would be quite useful, methinks (especially for those of us who troll the Requests forum to see if other people are Requesting things we want : P)
