[General] precise weather change

I have triggers that change the weather every 5 minutes.
0.00 - light rain
5.00 - heavy rain
10.00 - rays of light
light rain must be during the day
heavy rain during the night and
rays of light during the day.
which means that the ingame time must be set to the beginning of the day and the duration of a day 5 minutes. I changed the duration to 300 secs (5 mins)

How the ingame time should begin for all to be precise?

Without any changes, the time of day starts at 0:00 midnight
if you want heavy rain during the night, you can have a loop trigger that loops for every 150 s (since a day is 300s for your map) and check the time of day>>Change the weather, add a 0.00 s wait before the change of it and it should work perfectly
