I considered using in-game textures as it would save quite a bit of filesize, but I had already dedicated part of the WotK German skin to it as it is used in conjunction with the Elite soldier and Rifleman.

You'd be surprised. It worked like a charm the first time, the second time was harder to do with only one hand though.
