Possible to lower terrain more? {lower than Cliff Decrease Two}

Hi, is it possible to terrain lower than "Decrease Two"?

What about higher the whole map? ^^ and it would look like a big valley when you would lower it.

No its not possible as far as I know...at the default terrain height

I think you can make all your terrain higher via adjust cliff heights, then you will be able to lower it more.
