Possible to get the unit resulting from a morph?

If you are asking how to catch Event when phoenix egg will morph into phoenix ... then you can probably use Unit Enters Region - Entire Map and check type of entering unit ...

I believe it issues an Order when morphing so you can probably catch that and respond to it.
Most likely "A unit issues an Order with no target".
