Portrait animation not showing in model?

This model has a "Portrait" animation, and it's the only one of my models where that anim doesn't show up in-game.

I sent it through the sanity check and fixed the "severe" errors to the extend of my abilities, but none of those were errors I would have expected to affect the portrair anyway?

It got a camera, and geoset anims should leave that sequence unaffected.

Anyway, any pointer you can give would be appreciated, if only to advance my understanding of what exactly went wrong here.

i fixed the yellow and orange warnings and recalculated the extents
i think it's because model has to be smack dab in the middle of both cube and sphere ("bounds") of extents
in the future you should use RMS to recalculate them based on the main unit mesh only, without including the various effects like the shockwave geoset you have here
