Well, I think it will be released on the DS, but maybe they'll release the games and the system at about the same time.
 
*Reps Duruka for mention of the 3DS* What the hell are they gonna do for B&W? They've done near-everything, and a few topics twice (Squirtle and Turtwig are turtles, Mew and Arceus are Gods.), the only thing I'm TRULY looking forward to are new Evos for old Pokemon (If there are any, hopefully so, since there are so many 1 and 2 Stage Pokemon still.), the new terrain, and the new battle system. Not using any new Pokemon unless forced to, like the Starter and whatever Pokemon you'll have to encounter and catch to make a team.
 
I just want them to organise the damn national dex >__> such a mess at the moment

also giving new cries to old pokemon would be nice too

aren't the main characters supposed to be ~10 years old? That screenshot just looked like yet another cycling road :/ they're pretty much mandatory these days

Using the new ones from every game is part of the fun - it allows for evolving tactics and keeps the game interesting (it's much more interesting to find all the pokemon in the game yourself then looking them up).

Anyways if they kept using the same set for every game, then they would all be rehashes of the set that's being used - and Pokemon has done enough rehashes of old games that their forced to actually make a new one (The original has been rehashed twice now, Yellow and Firered/Leafgreen and there was many colors not even released everywhere (original green, etc. etc.)).

Please, listening to sounds from the original games played side by side with new sounds is getting old. I just hope they never go and take the sounds that they play in the idiotic show in the game (Who's idea was it that they would have to say their own d*@# names? You don't hear a dog yelling "Dog, Dog!")

Well, there might be taxi. Its not forrbiden for 10 year-olds to travel by taxi.

Well in some languages animals are called depending on how the noise they make sounds, maybe its because of that?
 
Any tips for catching Entei or Raikou? Everytime I catch up with them, they're already on the other side of the map. :hohum:

Well yes, but do you expect an animal to be able to pronounce all the syllables in the more complicated names? I'd also be surprised if a lizard could make any loud sound at all.

Wouldn't surfing be easier? As then you don't need to search for the nearest plot of grass, they'll spring up anywhere.
 
Yeah, I saw Raikou swimming once too. And if they can run around everywhere while sleeping, why wouldn't they be able to swim? Anyway, I'll try it, thanks.
 
I forgot to say this, but if you're swimming and moving between regions won't it take a lot of time with all those Pokémon popping-up? :P
I'm used to moving between 2 regions containing grass and then checking my Pokédex for the locations in Silver.

On a sidenote: If this were a Naruto thread it would have been a flamefest and probably closed by now. xD

Repel - problem solved, Since Raikou doesn't exactly count as a weak pokemon

Plus once you're in a region where they are, you can always just run around (STAYING in that region) until the repel wears off before finding them
