Pocket Factory Question

I don't work a lot with Pocket Factory, but my brother tells me it's impossible to change the ground texture of the unit it summons (it's based on the terrain of the map you're using). Now, if I have a portal that's supposed to summon a demon, that rocky ground texture looks pretty out of place under an other worldly rift, or at least I think it does.
