The maximum map size WC3 allows to be hosted is 8MB. You will need to remove imports from your map until it fits in that limit. You may be able to save space by compressing music or images further than they already are (of course, reducing their quality, too).

P.S. In the forum rules, it states that you are expected to give your threads descriptive titles, not generic titles such as "please help me", and that you are expected to search for answers before asking a question, and I know that this question has been asked before...

You can create custom mpq file with custom model in it or add custom model into zip file . When you make the map , the model you want to use , it's path must have same path in mpq file or the location of the zip file (as "D:\Warcraft III/xxx.zip/xxx.mdl) . All computer must have same mpq file or have same zip file .

so i was asking that ...
well anyway, thank you
but if i create a mpq it would be in world editor all the stuff , right?
then it would take only like 6MB with my custom models right?
if yes, This is awesome!!! XD

so... how do i import models which are in zip file?
not very knowedgebale about importing :/

I really dont know know how does it work so i only can translate for you the post in my forum .

Ex : you have 1 model is : Hero_Wudang.mdx and 7 textures :
yijian_0x.blp với x run 1->7

Create 2 file:

+Import.rar store 7 files. Extract to war folder.
+Normal File map . Change the path of mountain king to path of hero_wudang.mdl
