Players cannot un ally???

I can't figure out how to make it so players can ally each other (in game). All the settings are locked.

Did you check the Fixed Settings button (or something liddat) ?

If so, uncheck and you can unally and ally on your own will again.

But that makes it so they can change their color and their handicap etc. in the game creation screen. I want to make them able to change their alliances in game.
