How to make Allies help to powerBuild

How to make Allies help to powerBuild?

I can't figure out how to make a unit help powerBuilding a building from an other allied player. I'im using the humain's repair. Have any idea?

Um, my guess is, for the repair, make the targets allowed include allies

It won't work because it only change the repair target, not the powerbuild target. :
