[General] Player - Limit Training of Unit-Type

Hi guys

I'm using this action like this:

For each (Integer A) from 1 to 8, do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
Player - Limit training of Town Hall to 1 for (Player((Integer A)))

However when I upgrade the Town Hall to a Fortress it allows my Peasant to build another Town Hall.
I thought of somehow making it spawn and hide a Town Hall somewhere when it upgrades to Fortress. I just want the players to not be able to build another Town Hall unless all Castles/Fortresses/Town Halls are destroyed. Any ideas?
