So this ment from 1 up to 10 players. It is for an ORPG. Atm just using normal blizzard doodads. Focusing mostly on the shape. Though any kind of feedback is much appreciated.

The Dwarf is there for scaling, he is atm 1:1.

Well, the area isn't ment to be too snowy. Just the tip of the peaks. Otherwise I would have textured more snow :) I will try and put up a new SS where it shows also the water level.
I also can't make my mountains more taller due to some restrictions.
So my mountains would have a height of 800-1200 meters.

The following mountains have around 1800-2200 meters. Don't know the season though.

Id recomend you use the lordaeron winter rock and set lordaeron winter as the base tileset.
See how in the picture it goes from normal, too woods,to just grass plains,to empty rock lands,to snow.

needs sky

needs wild life

dwarf has to be scaled down

adding bushes at the base of the trees is a plus

use rock doodads on the mountains

and that small town looks like it could use some more space, move those trees to the left more for space imo

aside from that, well done
