Each time a bot gets X gold, the rest of the team gets the same amount of gold too (or a percent of it; but it must be over 90% I guess)

Well, I do suck at ranged carries too (I don't like their right-click-to-win playstyle). However I don't think it takes luck to win a bot game; in the most cases I just run in 1v5 (I don't like to cooperate with my team in bot games) and do a penta kill, then blow up their base. It's that simple.
