I think it's a Dark Templar, but that's just based off the malicious appearance, the purple ragged cloak, and those bandages.

Tahril i believe dark templar blades are green, although why their SC archon was red i have no idea... also i'd say it's a infested terran(tier 3, the zerg need to name their infesteds.it's one of the 2 that only appear in wings of liberty) with the head of a hydralisk.

ALL IN ALL: A very ugly creature.
