Do you mean the Alien as from the "Alien" movies or Alien vs Predator?"
As grudge matches go, I usually vote for whoever has the most "Super Hero Luck." Thge Aliens obviously dont have that since they get slaughtered off in hordes by every action star hero they encountered (not after doing their damage, though, of course

Arthats (at least when I played him on RoC) single handedly took out entire Undead strongholds and all the minions within...

the alien from the movies (1-3 because the ones in #4 are smart, and we want a purely hive mind one, and the avp ones are not exactly "hive minded").
