'Sands of Time'

As the sun rose over the strange lands the two needed a shelter to hide them from unneeded attention. As they passed another dune, lit by the red light of the rising sun, they saw the remains of a ship partly submerged in the sand. A part of the hull remained intact and it is there that they made their sanctuary for the day.
Terentian sat by the wall, staring into emptyness, as if seeking something in his troubled mind, until he passed to sleep. Nova silently snuck out of the room and into the bright sun. The robe which protected from rain in Corinth, still served it's owner well.
Nova inspected what remained of the ship. It was of strange, unhuman design. On the top mast, a mysterious flag was waving in the heavy wind, that rose sand into the air. How long has this ship been there? Centuries, perhaps even more... the ship seems to have been sunken long before the seabed turned into salty planes.
Nova went back into the darkness of the hull. Whatever Terentian was seeking in this enigmatic land, they were not alone here.
