they don't HAVE gills, nor do they have a way to breath through the nose OR mouth. And I know that there is no way they produce their own recyclable air in their bodies. Absolutely NO way.

Maybe they dont ahve to bread nor eat. Life on other planets doesnt have to be like on earth. Maybe protos eat like plants, thye are able to kae theyr own food.

nope.... and Auir (their homeworld) was ruined by zerg so they took shelter on a planet called Shackuras.

the main idea of protoss by blizzard is having something to look like us but on a higher level complete with our quarels xD so i presume that protoss do eat and breathe like us. lulz

I don't know.Protoss seem higher than us in many ways.
All terran units have helmets so to bread while protoss even in space maps don't need air.
Than again maybe I just can't see their breathing machine.

They don't eat and nor do they breathe.They are telepaths and speak through their minds.All they do is talk in planning and briefing or accepting or giving commands and fight in battle.They do not require anything but only the warriors and some executors need weapons. It is the khaydarin crystal in the centre of their bodies that keep them alive but for the dark templar and also for such protoss like Artanis that their crystal is hidden behind the skin.
