Permanent Invisibility on item

I want to add passive invisibility to an item (so the unit would become invisible when having item). Invisibility that wont wear off when the unit moves. But i cant seem to find the right spell for it, and i cant add the invisibility buff via triggers either. Any ideas?

add permanent invisibility ability (Draenei) to the unit when it gains the cloaking item. When it loses the item, you check if it didn't have any copies of the item in its inventory, and then remove the ability.

Didnt need triggers at all for this, just had to add the ability to the item. Thanks
