    Well... title says it all... lately I had been laughing my ass off at this guy all over the internet, I showed it to a bunch of people too, and I realized there is no model of Pedobear! ANYWHERE!

    So i decided to make it, and use it as an excuse to learn those things i hadn't done yet; portraits, animations, team color (yes, i plan to have it team colored, full body), etc...

    ...and I'm almost done with it too, i just need to get the foot right, skin (which shouldn't be too hard), and animations of course... so i'm posting here to get some ideas from you, as i'm having trouble getting the foot right and shizz, tell me where to improve, and help where I need it!

    reduce the polygon count on arms, legs, ears and face

    the face and ears i probably won't be able to reduce, without looking too weird and unrecognizable (help here), but i'll remake the arms and legs... when i get back on my pc *sigh...*

    stand 3 - perverted hopping? like an epileptic.

    a channel, or spell animation woul be nice to have, that one with the big eyes and it starts drooling... is there a tutorial on geoset animations?

    ok i reduced polys on both arms by a lot, straightened the neck, and i'll reduce pollys on legs next, I'll post WIP's when I can...

    If you all haven't already noticed, i am the most unpunctual person ever, this is taking kind of long, but now i just have to start the skin and animations.

    also, bump for where to improve, or suggestions in animations, skin.

    ok, the skin is going along really good, does anyone know how to add teamcolor with Gimp? i can't find a tutorial on it.
