Hi I'm looking for a passive spell like bounty hunter's "jinada" from dota.
I've tried allot of triggering and tutorials but I can't find a way to make something similar , can some1 please help me ? , it needs 4 levels , damage , slowand critical strike ( ofc it must have 100% hit chance ) and for cooldows was thinking lvl 1 , 18 seconds , lvl 2 , 15 , lvl 3 , 12 and lvl 4 Is 9.
(I'm making this for a ranged hero* , for my project "war of the heroes" )
