Hey man! There's a really easy solution to that. To change the location of a particle and make it follow a specific bone, you'll first want to right click on the particle in question. You'll see that it has the options Move Up, Down, Left, and Right. Use these to move and position the particle under and to the right of the bone that you want. After this, you'll want to open up Notepad or a similar program. Right click on the bone and select Edit Node. This will open up a window where you'll see a box called Pivot Point with three fields under it: X, Y, and Z. These will have coordinates in their boxes and you will need to copy the numbers into Notepad and then exit this window. Then right click on the particle and open its Edit Node window. Copy the X, Y, and Z coordinates from the bone into their respective fields in the particle's pivot point window. Boom! Done.
