Painfully slow loading, only on this site

So this has been happening for a while now but the site is really slow at loading pages and at times refuses to loading pictures (small icon with black line through it).
I have no issue with any other site so I really don't know what to do here, any help would be appreciated since i legit can't even preview spells and icons :/
