Orpg searchs Skill Ideas

Hello guys we're making a new Orpg with massive new content
And now we wanted to release a first beta but need ideas for Skills


Classes:
There will be evolving heros. That means you start as a novice and can then choose new classes everytime you reach a high lvl.
We planed about 36 heros and more.

Items:
There willbe 6 Slots for equipment and 2 of them the main- and off-hand will be shown on the hero.
We will add many new stats that you never saw in an orpg!

Skill system:
Every hero will have 4 skills wich he can skill each lvl.
Sounds boring? It's not! Every skill will be linked with other skills of other heros.

How?:
With buffs and debuffs!

Example:
Let's say you are a warlock and your friend is a barbarian. You cast a spell that makes aoe damage and lets every enemie in that aoe bleed. Then your friend makes a whirlwind trough all the enemies and makes extra damage cause the enemies are bleeding.

What does that give to you?:
You can make big strategys with the other players what to cast when and you can even have classes that work super good together!

The buffs/debuffs will be:
Buffs:
Inner Strength(20% more damage dealt)
Hardened Skin(20& less damage)
Concentration(regains 20%mana over 10 secs)
Blessing(regains 20%health over 10 secs)
Debuffs:
Bleeding(damage over time)
Burning(less damage over time but it jumps to nearby units)
Stunned(stunned for some seconds)
Frozen (stunned for longer time but debuff disapears after unit gets hit by an attack or spell)
Crippled(less attackspeed)
Weakness(less damage)
Inattention(less armor)

We're starting making the first classes and now we need your ideas!
The classes will be:
Novice(basic class)
Skills:
Hard punch
Deals 200% of your normal damage in damage to the enemie and adds the bleeding debuff
If the Novice has the Inner Strength buff he deals 400% damage with the Punch.
Upgrades: 10% more damage per lvl of that skill
Shout
Adds the Inattention buff to enemies in AOE around you
If the novice has the Inner Strength buff he inflichts it in bigger AOE
Upgrades: Bigger AOE each lvl
United Slash
The Novice makes X*(Number of buffs on the novice+Numberof buffs on the enemy ) in damage
Upgrades: X increases

1 Tier of classes:
Mage

Priest

Thief
Shadowstep
The Thief moves quickly to the target and deals X* movement speed in damage and adds the Weakness Debuff.
X is increases every lvl.
X gets higher if the target enemy has the inattention debuff
Ranger

Warrior

Now we search 4 abilitys for the 1 tier classes and 1 ability for the novice
The skills are like:
They deal one of the buffs or debuffs (you can see them in the information post)
and they are affected by one of them.
The skills have 10 Lvls.
You dont have to think about damage atm or how many mana hp it makes we will balance it then

Name:Saviour's Strike
Type:Warrior
Targets: 3 random enemy targets in close range
Effect: Forces Them to Focus on the Warrior
Affected by Buff: Hardened Skin
How: The Warriors Armour is Increased by X For 10 seconds
Deals wich Buff: Weakness
Upgrade effect: Increases X for each level and upgrade nine Give +2 targets more

While tiers isn't new, as long as you do it effectively and with new heroes or hero divisons, say you start as novice, pick warrior, and then learn talents in different trees. At the end of each tree could be the endgame class, say for the warrior we had defense tree, barbarian tree, and a armsmaster tree, and you followed the armsmaster tree. When you reach the end, different combinations of talents could unlock one of 3 end classes, say pheonix swordsman that uses firebased abilities and carries around a huge sword! (hey, pheonix swordsman was a nice idea, I call dibs for my project ^.^)

Warrior
Name: Fighter Stance
Type: Warrior
Targets: Self Buff/ Activation
Affected by: Inner Strength
How: Move and attack Y% slower, but increase Critical Chance and Counter Chance by X%. If Inner Strength buff is on, adds a A% (small chance) to counter an enemy, recieving no damage, while stunning and damaging it for Z.
Inflicts: (If a critical or counter occurs with Inner Strength) Inattention
Upgrade: Speed reduction lowered.

Mage
Name: Arcane Shockwave
Type: Mage
Targets: Enemies in a line
Affected by: Concentration
How: Deal X damage in a line where X is dependent on Skill level and Intelligence. If Concentration buff is on, enemies are drained of Y mana.
Inflicts: Stun
Upgrade: Stun duration increased. Amount of mana drained increased.

Name: Trickster Dash
Type: Thief
Targets: Enemies in a line.
Affected: Inner Strength
How: Thief dashes to a target point with a X% chance to attack any enemy that comes in contact, stealing Y gold and dealing Y damage. Y is based on Agility. Inner Strength gives an X% chance to steal gold equal to Agility/4. All targets recieve inattention for 3 seconds.
Inflicts: Inattention
Upgrade:X increases
