The terrain and doodad placement in this map is highly lacking. You simply put a low variety of doodads spammed through the middle of the map. If you check out some of the other terrain/templates of the map approved on Hive, you can see the difference in quality.
As Heinvers stated, you must follow the map submission rules. You aren't doing so, map rejected. You can always upload again. What I suggest is to read tutorials on how to make a quality map, or terrain / template in this case.
