[Spell] Ordering unit to cast spell in unit group not working

I need to make a unit cast a spell whenever it's off cooldown to any hero in range. I've already created a trigger for it, but for some reason it does not seem to work. I tried both creating a simpler order and casting it manually and both worked so I do not think there is anything wrong with the spell itself. If someone can point out what's going wrong in this trigger or suggest me a better one that would be much appreciated.

Replace Picked unit with "Matching Unit" in your units within 1000 range of the butcherpoint.
