Unit refuses to cast spells

When I give the order (trough triggers ofc) to a unit to cast certain spells like Animate Dead, Rain of Chaos and Mass Portal, they refuse to do it. The problem is not stuff like mana, cooldown, or not allowed targets, they simply don't cast the spells without any actual reason.
(Tested these by placing a unit for myself and casting the spells manually - they work- when casted)

Any ideas? :S
