You do not. You export them as JPG (or any other normal extension), edit them, and export it back to tga or blp.
You can do this with Warcraft III Viewer (and probably countless other programs).
Also, in the future, you might want to post your threads where they BELONG. This has nothing to do with neither triggers nor scripts.
