So I was like cruising on my PC and installed my good o' Chronicles of Riddick - Escape From Butcher Bay game again. It worked before, on my old computer, but this time it doesn't work.

When I press on (the shortcut of) the application the game shows an error which says I need OpenGL 1.3 or higher. After some sniffing around I discovered I had OpenGL 1.0.

Try googling the updater for openGL.

I only know how to update DX I am sorry to say so I can not provide any links.

OpenGL has no updater, but it is added to the Nvidia updates. It accelerates your graphics performance, I believe.

However, the big problem appears: When I want to update my driver, my OpenGL v1.0 stays v1.0 and will not change to the latest version.

Guess I have to use Guru3D, sweep the place and reinstall the lot.
