Just a small question, I know Orb effects do not stack. But what about that item orb vs. abilities?

For instance; If you have ice arrows skill, and get an ice orb. Which effect takes, well, effect (ice orb or the ability (and if its the item, does the mana still drain per shot?)

Frost arrows ability stacks with Item Attack Frost Bonus ability.

But slow poison doesnt. I need to know which comes first ability or item.

It doesn't care if it's an ability or an item, what matters is the effect (lifesteal, slow attack, purge, and so on)
