Oinkerwinkle's modelling tools not working

Nearly every 3d artist is familiar with the Oinkerwinkle modelling tools, so you will probably know what I am talking about if you do modelling and you are reading this.

Whenever I try using any of the tools (http://www.oinkerwinkle.com/tools/download.html) this pops up:

Does anyone know why this happens?

I'm having the same problem, so i downloaded the runtime files AND put the component where he said it to and its still not working.

Same happened to me when I followed Cloudwolf's link but I didn't mention it. =/

Zealot: if u have windows 7 (32 bit) try this:
get the most up to date version of COMDLG32.ocx(the one I found was 194KB)

put it in the system32 folder

Right click on command prompt and click run as administrator

then:

If you see a UAC popup, select the Yes button.

Type the following command carefully, including the space.

regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx

Press ENTER

You should see a message saying the command succeeded.

Close the command window.
