Wonderful work on the body wrap, save for the right arm, where it's stretched a bit, fix that. The shoulder pad is also a bit dodgy. The heads look like a bad paste, to be honest. Without horns, the Dreadlord head has leftover shadows which look pretty ugly. Do something about this.

-Grendel: looks pretty good and is a nice edit of the ogre model. approved.

Leave the helmet on only one head, will look boring if it is on too.

Though, I suggest you to experiment more on the body, give it other textures then just the odd, monotone gray arthas texture, check the deathknight texture, the dreadlord one, all the other undead texture for cool looking combinations and add teamcolour!

These heads are better, more undead-ish, but I think the armor is a bit too much, ogres don't usually wear a lot of armor.

Only thing that's bugging me is the fact that it has Nathrezim heads. Ogres don't have sharp features and pointy ears.

Why not take ogre heads, add some decay and make them paler or bluer?

It looks like Ogre Death Knight is making a derping faces and its still ok regardless.
And you know Ogres are one-headed to two-headed creatures so make a one-headed Death Knight if you can.

Use different textures than that blobbish, grey campaign arthas one. Try mixing up real ingame ones with blue and black. Give one of the ogres a real "deathknight" helmet and not a frostwyrm skull and the other one fangs and scars all over.

I'd suggest either combining the Deathknight's & Campaign-Arthas's head or Dreadlord with Tychondrius. The dreadlord head has an earing, which would make it look more ''knightish'' (earings, necklaces, piercings and such make nice status-symbols at underdeveloped races like ogres and such). It would just require a few minor changes like different eyes (something more ghostly), shorter but fater nose and maybe slightly extended canines.

More like zombie ogre knight. The face has little to no expression. I believe, ogres would do better as necromancers than death knights lore-wise since their spellcasters are usually warlocks (they're called mages though).
